New school grading rules from September 2026 — homework can boost final grade

Poland's Education Minister has signed a regulation changing school grading rules, effective from 1 September 2026. Written homework for grades four through eight remains optional, but completing it will be able to contribute to raising a pupil's end-of-year grade.
