CaaStle CEO Christine Hunsicker sentenced to 5 years for $300m fraud
Christine Hunsicker, 49, founder and former CEO of fashion tech company CaaStle Inc., was sentenced to five years in federal prison and three years of supervised release by a Manhattan court. She pleaded guilty in March to one count of securities fraud for a scheme that ran from 2019 to 2025, defrauding hundreds of investors using falsified documents that overstated the company's profits and cash reserves. The total fraud amounted to $300 million.
