TUI river cruise passengers describe holiday nightmare: broken toilets and sweltering heat

Passengers on TUI river cruises told the BBC they paid for luxury holidays but suffered faulty air conditioning that left them in sweltering heat, as well as broken toilets. Holidaymakers described the conditions as unbearable, far below the standard they had been promised. TUI has not yet issued a detailed response to the complaints reported by the BBC.
