"Ferritin face" goes viral on TikTok — expert warns against self-diagnosing
A new TikTok trend called "ferritin face" has gone viral, with users claiming that pale skin, under-eye shadows and hair loss are clear signs of low ferritin levels. Cosmetologist Magdalena Wróbel warns in an interview with Onet that self-diagnosing based on social media videos is dangerous.
