Pendolino hits 250 km/h on upgraded CMK line — Warsaw–Kraków journey to shorten

During test runs on the modernized Central Railway Line (CMK), a Pendolino train reached 250 km/h. The infrastructure upgrades are expected to shorten travel times between Warsaw, Kraków and Katowice. Exact new journey times and a revised timetable have not yet been announced.
