Non-trading legal entities must implement PPK if they employ staff, Polish law clarifies
Under Polish law, a legal entity that does not conduct business activity is still required to set up an Employee Capital Plan (PPK) if it employs a worker. The only exemption applies to private individuals who hire someone exclusively for personal, non-business purposes.
