'Exercise Pill' Clears First Human Trial

Biotech company Enveda announced positive Phase I human trial results for its drug ENV-308, which mimics a molecule naturally produced by the body during exercise. The drug is being developed as a potential substitute for physical activity's biological effects. This is the first such compound to successfully clear initial human safety testing.
