One in five Gdańsk council buildings needs major repair or closure

Nearly one in five council-owned buildings in Gdańsk requires major renovation or is fit for closure. Resident Bogumiła lives with mould in a building that has not undergone a full renovation since 1955. Responsibility for the poor condition of the properties is routinely and wrongly blamed on tenants.
