Employers to face liability for mobbing by clients and contractors

Planned changes to Polish labour law would broaden the definition of potential mobbing perpetrators beyond a company's own organisational structure. The new rules would cover clients and contractors with whom employees interact as part of their work. The list of perpetrators is to remain open-ended, offering workers wider protection against external harassment.
