Can Poland's UOKiK fine banks after its chief called them "banksters"? Case may go to CJEU

Prof. Michał Romanowski argues that the head of a central regulatory body should not publicly attack institutions it has the power to penalise. The dispute could be referred to Poland's Competition and Consumer Protection Court, the CJEU or the European Commission.
