Marcin Budkowski named Cadillac F1 boss – wants faster team decision-making

Marcin Budkowski has been appointed as the head of the Cadillac Formula 1 team. The Polish executive said Cadillac has "exceptional foundations and ambitions" and that his priority will be bringing people together to ensure fast decision-making within the team. His appointment has been praised by the American side of the project.
