Prosecutors drop Nawrocki apartment case citing lack of hard evidence
The District Prosecutor's Office in Gdańsk has dropped its investigation into alleged abuse of power by Karol Nawrocki, then director of the Museum of the Second World War in Gdańsk, over allegedly allowing free use of museum apartments. Prosecutors cited a lack of hard evidence as the reason for closing the case. The affair had attracted significant public attention given Nawrocki's political profile.
