Polish minimum wage to rise to PLN 4,950 gross from January 2027

The Polish government has proposed raising the minimum wage to PLN 4,950 gross per month from January 2027. The minimum hourly rate would increase to PLN 32.30 gross. The figures mirror those already presented to the Social Dialogue Council for negotiation.
