Wrong price at the till in Polish supermarkets? You're entitled to a refund

When a supermarket till charges more than the price shown on the shelf label, customers at Biedronka, Dino and Lidl are legally entitled to a refund of the difference. Sellers often blame system errors, but this does not exempt them from liability. The success of a complaint depends on the offer conditions and available evidence, such as a photo of the price tag.
