Poland's minimum wage to rise to PLN 4,950 gross in 2027

The Polish government has drafted a regulation raising the minimum wage to PLN 4,950 gross in 2027. The minimum hourly rate would increase to PLN 32.30 gross. The proposal is part of Poland's ongoing gradual increases to the statutory minimum wage floor.
