County secretary caught drunk behind the wheel in Brzeziny — blood test confirms alcohol

In May, residents in Brzeziny, Wielkopolska, performed a citizen's arrest on a driver who turned out to be the local county secretary. The man refused a breathalyser test, so a blood sample was taken. The results confirmed he had been driving under the influence of alcohol.
