Nordea cuts jobs in Poland — first 43 layoffs hit Łódź branch

Finnish bank Nordea has launched the previously announced mass layoffs, including in Poland. The first wave of cuts hit the Łódź branch, where 43 employees are set to lose their jobs. The bank plans to eliminate a total of 1,500 positions across the organisation by the end of 2027.
