Żurek: PM Tusk's judicial nominees are checkmate for the Presidential Palace

Żurek argued the assessors can now begin adjudicating without risk to their legal standing. However, presidential chief of staff Zbigniew Bogucki countered that the PM's signatures on the appointments carry no legal force.
