Hungary drought: army and thousands of volunteers deliver water to hundreds of towns

Extreme heat and drought have forced Hungarian authorities to impose water-use restrictions in hundreds of towns. The army and thousands of volunteers from the ruling Tisza party have been deployed to help distribute water. Restrictions include bans on garden watering and filling swimming pools.
