From January 2027, Polish law will require work breaks at 32°C outdoors and 35°C indoors
Poland will introduce new workplace heat regulations on 11 January 2027, requiring work breaks when outdoor temperatures reach 32°C and indoor temperatures hit 35°C. These are the country's first concrete legal protections for workers in extreme heat. The current summer is the last before the new rules take effect.
