Tusk accuses president of unconstitutional conspiracy over judicial assessors
Prime Minister Donald Tusk accused President Andrzej Duda and the Constitutional Tribunal of forming a "political conspiracy" to violate the constitution over the issue of judicial assessors. He made the remarks at a Wednesday press conference, claiming that two institutions tasked with upholding the constitution are instead acting against it.
