Fitbit data can now sync directly with Apple Health via Google Health update

Google's Google Health app version 5.05 now allows users to connect their Fitbit workouts, steps, vitals and other health data directly to Apple Health for the first time. The feature is activated via the profile icon under "Partner apps" in the Google Health app. Previously, no direct link between the two platforms existed.
