Bartek Kubkowski swims across the Baltic Sea in over 48 hours non-stop

Bartłomiej "Bartek" Kubkowski completed a non-stop open-water swim across the Baltic Sea on Sunday evening, starting from Kåseberga in Sweden and finishing in Dziwnów, Poland, as part of the Ultra Baltic Swim programme. The feat took him more than 48 hours of continuous effort. The crossing had long been considered beyond the reach of even the most experienced ultra-marathon swimmers.
