Off-duty police officer saves choking 4-year-old in Lublin with Heimlich manoeuvre

An off-duty police officer saved the life of a four-year-old boy who choked and stopped breathing on a street in Lublin. The officer immediately applied the Heimlich manoeuvre, restoring the child's breathing. The boy was then handed over to paramedics for further care.
