Suwałki offers building plots at 50% discount to attract residents under 40

The city of Suwałki (Podlaskie region) has launched a tender for 5 building plots offered at a 50% discount for people under 40. The local government has already sold more than 40 such properties under the scheme, which aims to encourage young people to build homes and settle in the city. The initiative is a response to the ongoing exodus of young residents from the region.
