Metsola honours Warsaw Uprising fighters on 82nd anniversary

European Parliament President Roberta Metsola paid tribute on Saturday to Warsaw Uprising fighters on the 82nd anniversary of the outbreak of the uprising. She published a photo alongside veteran Jan Antoni Witkowski, known by the nickname "Jaś". Metsola wrote that the fighters' legacy continues to inspire.
