Prof. Traba: Bąkiewicz is looking for a pretext for anti-German agitation over alleged "re-Germanisation" of Masuria
Prof. Robert Traba of the Polish Academy of Sciences' Institute of Political Studies said the East Prussian expellee association does not challenge the Polishness of Masuria, and accused Robert Bąkiewicz of using the "re-Germanisation" slogan as a pretext for anti-German agitation. Traba acknowledged, however, that a generational shift within the Expellees' Association could lead to greater emphasis on German trauma from the post-war expulsions.
