Storms lash Wielkopolska and Lubuskie: roofs torn off, trees uprooted

Violent storms swept through the Wielkopolska and Lubuskie regions of Poland on Saturday, tearing off roofs, snapping branches and uprooting trees. Weather warnings for storms and heatwaves remain in place across parts of the country. Emergency services received numerous callouts from residents in the affected areas.
