Nawrocki at Warsaw Rising anniversary: Germans killed with bestial brutality

President Karol Nawrocki attended ceremonies marking the 82nd anniversary of the Warsaw Rising outbreak in the Wola district of Warsaw. He stressed that the uprising was not only armed struggle but also the undeserved suffering of civilians unprepared for combat. Nawrocki called on Poles to look beyond the statistics and see the individual faces of people murdered by Germans solely for being Polish residents of Warsaw in August 1944.
