Pyszne.pl CEO breaks silence: couriers were never employees, no labour law broken

The CEO of Polish food-delivery platform Pyszne.pl has broken his silence over the dismissal of around 5,000 couriers and a shift to worse contract terms. He argued the couriers were never employed under standard labour contracts, so no labour law was violated. Poland's labour minister and the National Labour Inspectorate have both taken interest in the case.
