Half of Polish kebab meat producers caught adulterating their products

Poland's Agricultural and Food Quality Inspection (IJHARS) investigated eight producers of raw beef kebab meat at the production stage. Irregularities — specifically adulteration of the meat — were found at four of them, meaning half of those inspected failed the checks.
