Russia's FSB puts Telegram founder Durov on international wanted list

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has placed Pavel Durov, founder of Telegram, on an international wanted list. The Kremlin accuses him of facilitating terrorist activity and tolerating channels used to coordinate attacks and acts of sabotage. He is also accused of failing to remove cybercriminal content from the platform.
