Russia charges Telegram founder Durov with aiding terrorism

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) has charged Pavel Durov, the founder of the Telegram messaging app, with aiding terrorism and placed him on an international wanted list. The FSB announced the charges and the issuance of an international arrest warrant for Durov.
