Etsy is being flooded with AI-generated listings and mass-produced goods, driving away handmade sellers. According to WIRED, sellers report falling orders, copies of their own products appearing on the platform, and inadequate responses from Etsy when they report violations. Some creators have abandoned the platform entirely as a result.
