Polish traveller visits Pakistan's Kalash people — a culture that changed her view of love
Polish traveller Laura Maria Plichta journeyed to the Kalash Valley in the Hindu Kush mountains near the Afghan border, home to a small community that has preserved its own religion and distinct way of life for centuries. The route runs along narrow mountain roads over precipices, travelled in packed cars. The encounter with the Kalash people changed her perspective on love and lifestyle.
