New law to shield "Clean Air" fraud victims – no grant repayment required

Deputy Climate Minister Krzysztof Bolesta announced the government will adopt a relief bill this summer for people defrauded in the "Czyste Powietrze" programme. The law would allow debt recovery from dishonest contractors rather than homeowners, meaning victims will not have to repay their grants.
