"Clean Air" fraud victims to get government help – law to pass this summer

Deputy Climate Minister Krzysztof Bolesta told PAP that the government plans to adopt a relief bill this summer for homeowners defrauded under the "Czyste Powietrze" (Clean Air) programme. The legislation would allow claims to be pursued against dishonest contractors rather than homeowners, meaning victims would not have to repay their grants.
