Polish Supreme Court: Debt Buyer Can Obtain Enforcement Clause from Predecessor's Title

Poland's Supreme Court has ruled that an enforcement clause can be granted to a creditor's legal successor even when enforcement proceedings can be based on an enforcement title obtained by the previous creditor. The ruling simplifies the debt collection process for debt buyers, who will no longer need to obtain a new enforcement title from scratch.
