Photo shows five Ohio drowning victims moments before they died

Authorities in Delaware County, Ohio, released a photograph believed to show five drowning victims moments before the tragedy occurred. Sheriff Jeffrey Balzer said investigators believe one adult began struggling in the water and the others successively came to that person's aid, also drowning.
