Polish Supreme Court: Single Judge Can Dismiss Inadmissible Appeals

The Civil Chamber of Poland's Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday that late, unpaid or otherwise inadmissible appeals may be dismissed by a single judge. Previously, such matters required a broader judicial panel. The resolution is intended to streamline court proceedings and reduce backlogs.
