Polish Sick Leave Rules Tightened: Employers Get New Monitoring Powers

Since April 2025, new Polish regulations specify what employees on sick leave may and may not do, while giving employers broader powers to check on them. From 2027, additional changes will affect workers holding multiple jobs simultaneously.
