The US Food and Drug Administration has identified iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms and sold at Taco Bell and Walmart locations as the source of a cyclosporiasis outbreak. Cyclosporiasis is a parasitic illness causing severe, explosive diarrhoea. Health officials are urging consumers to exercise caution with products from the named supplier.
