Inspectors find mislabelling and false ingredients in majority of waffle shops

Inspectors checking waffle and cream-tube snack vendors found irregularities in more than half of the outlets surveyed. Problems included unclear labelling, incorrect ingredient listings and misleading product names. Customers were being systematically misled about what they were actually buying.
