David Beckham's health drink startup IM8 secures $1 billion from General Catalyst

IM8, a longevity vitamin drink startup co-founded by David Beckham, has secured $1 billion from General Catalyst's Customer Value Fund (CVF). Unlike a traditional equity investment, the CVF provides operational financing rather than taking a stake. It is one of the largest funding rounds in the functional health-drink sector.
