Companies have one year to review B2B and civil-law contracts under new labour rules

Poland's National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) has targeted B2B and civil-law contracts that may conceal an actual employment relationship. New regulations give employers one year to voluntarily regularise such arrangements by offering workers standard employment contracts. After that grace period, the PIP may launch inspections and impose penalties on non-compliant firms.
