More Poles Taking Psychiatric Sick Leave as Burnout Spreads Through Corporations

Growing numbers of Polish workers are taking sick leave issued by psychiatrists due to mental exhaustion. Ola, a seven-year corporate employee, describes how her boss tried to make her feel guilty for taking leave, saying she was "leaving people behind."
