Polish Food Inspectors Find Mislabelled Ice Cream at Majority of Resort Parlours

Poland's agricultural and food quality inspectorate IJHARS has carried out checks on ice cream parlours at holiday resorts and found that the majority of inspected outlets have serious labelling problems. Product names frequently do not match the actual contents, meaning customers may not be getting what the name on the cone suggests. The inspectorate has signalled consequences for non-compliant sellers.
