Polish Sanitary Inspectorate Recalls Carrefour Hummus Over Undeclared Gluten
Poland's Chief Sanitary Inspectorate (GIS) has issued a warning about a batch of hummus sold at Carrefour stores after gluten was detected in the product despite not being declared on the label. People with a gluten allergy or intolerance are advised not to consume it.
