New rules: employers liable even for one-off incidents of workplace harassment
Planned changes to Poland's anti-mobbing regulations would require employers to respond not only to sustained workplace harassment but also to one-off conflicts and instances of inappropriate communication. Companies will need to demonstrate that their anti-harassment mechanisms are actually effective. The changes are intended to make it easier for employees to hold employers accountable.
