Polish Senate approves anti-mobbing labour law amendments without changes

The Polish Senate approved, without amendments, changes to the Labour Code and the Code of Civil Procedure relating to workplace mobbing (harassment). The amendments are intended to strengthen employee protections against mobbing. The legislation now goes to the President for signature.
